The Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation is announcing its partnership with The ROZ Group, a renowned strategic planning firm, to develop a comprehensive and forward-thinking strategic plan that will continue to further the Foundation’s work in meeting the evolving needs of Philadelphia’s diverse communities.
“Partnering with The ROZ Group marks a pivotal step in advancing the Foundation’s mission to broaden its impact throughout Philadelphia,” said Monique Moore Pryor, Executive Director of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. “By developing a strategic plan that embraces the unique needs of our diverse communities, we will enhance access, foster greater inclusivity, and enrich the lives of all who depend on the Library’s wide range of services.”
The two-year project will be led by Rosalyn McPherson, President and Founder of The ROZ Group, a professional who brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, community outreach, and organizational development to the table. As part of this strategic plan, a comprehensive analysis of both the Library and Foundation will be conducted, including town hall meetings to foster stronger collaboration and enhance the existing partnership. Additionally, a detailed work plan for each organization will be developed, informed by research and data-driven insights.
